Her passion for hospitality marketing and management led to the birth of her award-winning consulting agency, Nuecleo, an agency created with the sole purpose of improving brand reputation, increasing sales revenue, and driving innovative solutions in the hospitality industry.
Before establishing her consulting agency, Dr Johnson worked for renowned hospitality companies known globally for exceptional services and world-class experiences. It was during her time at Mariott International, Radisson Hotel Group, and One & Only that she gained invaluable insights into the nuances of hospitality management, paving the way for her to establish her consulting agency dedicated to helping businesses elevate their standards and exceed customer expectations in the ever-evolving world of hospitality.
